OUR CLASSES

Our classes include all proper equipment use, individual cooking area, necessary ingredients, full color recipe sheets and certificate. Traditional Thai herbal drinks, fresh coffee or tea and bottle water are also included.
- Maximum number of participant per class: 8 to12 depending on the subject.
- “Hands on” participation guarantee.
- Classes are taught in English, French or Thai
- Western cuisine classes include a tasting-lunch together.
